Privacy Policy
This policy explains how AmploReach handles information from local businesses and host venues that use our category-exclusive placement services.
Last updated: August 31, 2026
1. Who we are
AmploReach ("AmploReach", "we", "us", or "our") provides physical local marketing services, including category-exclusive venue advertising boards and shared ("co-op") direct-mail campaigns. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you request availability, reserve a placement, become a host venue, or otherwise interact with our website and services.
2. Information we collect
Business and contact details you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, trade category, and the postal codes or launch zones you want to target when you check availability, reserve a spot, or contact us.
Placement and transaction details: the products you reserve (venue boards or co-op mailers), package selections, artwork and logos you send us for proofing, and payment status. Card payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Communications: messages, emails, and SMS exchanges related to your reservation, proof approvals, and support. We use Brevo to send transactional email and SMS confirmations.
Website usage data: standard log and device information collected automatically when you browse the site.
3. How we use information
To check and confirm category exclusivity in a given postal code or launch zone, and to hold your slot during the reservation window.
To process reservations and payments, produce and proof your advertising creative, and coordinate installation on venue boards or inclusion in a mailer run.
To send you confirmations, proofs, reminders (including the 24-hour category hold), and service updates by email and SMS.
To operate, secure, and improve our website and services, and to comply with legal and accounting obligations.
4. Category exclusivity and your data
Our core promise is that only one business per trade category is placed in a given venue or mailer zone. To honor this, we retain a record of which categories and zones are reserved. We may confirm to prospective advertisers that a category is taken in a zone, but we do not disclose your confidential business or contact details to competitors.
5. Sharing with service providers
We share information only as needed with providers who help us deliver the service: Stripe for payment processing, Brevo for transactional email and SMS, and print and installation partners who produce and place your advertising. These providers process data on our behalf and are expected to protect it. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Data retention
We keep reservation, placement, and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service, honor exclusivity terms, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your information where we are not required to retain it.
7. Your choices and rights
You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time. Transactional messages tied to an active reservation (such as proof approvals and installation confirmations) are part of the service. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information — contact us to make a request.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below.
