Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AmploReach’s website and services. By checking availability, reserving a placement, becoming a host venue, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

AmploReach sells physical local advertising placements, including category-exclusive venue boards installed at partner locations and shared ("co-op") direct-mail campaigns delivered to defined postal zones. Availability, pricing, and formats are described on our site and confirmed at reservation.

Exclusivity means we place only one business per trade category per venue or mailer zone for the applicable term. Exclusivity is limited to the specific category, format, venue or zone, and time period stated in your reservation. It does not restrict businesses in different categories, adjacent zones, or other advertising channels. Category definitions are determined by AmploReach acting reasonably.

When you reserve a spot, we place a temporary hold on the category in your zone (for example, a 24-hour category hold) so you can complete setup. Holds expire if not finalized and payment is not completed within the stated window, after which the category may be offered to another business. Reservations are confirmed only once payment is received and we accept the order.

Our Photo-Proof / Print-Proof guarantee means you review and approve artwork before anything is printed, installed, or mailed. You are responsible for supplying accurate logos, offers, and content and for approving proofs promptly. Delays in providing materials or approvals may affect installation dates and, for board placements, the start of your term.

For venue board placements, the advertising term begins only after your ad is physically installed and photo-verified ("12-month clock" guarantee), unless stated otherwise in your order. Co-op mailer placements apply to the specific mailing run(s) you reserve. Guarantees are limited to the remedies described at the time of purchase.

Prices are shown on our site or in your reservation and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). You authorize us to charge the amount shown for the package you select. Unless required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable once production or installation has begun.

If you enroll a location as a host venue, you represent that you have authority to allow board installation at that location, and you grant AmploReach permission to install and maintain boards for the agreed period. Details of compensation, placement, and duration are set out in your host arrangement.

You are responsible for the advertising content you submit and must hold the rights to any logos, images, and offers. Content must be lawful, accurate, and not misleading, infringing, or offensive. We may decline or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AmploReach is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the placement giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee specific sales, leads, or business outcomes from advertising.

We may update these Terms or our services from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below. We may suspend or end services for violations of these Terms.
